In this video, I'll share 7 jobs with you guys for people who would like to start over again, whether they want to make more money, need a happier job, or just don't want to work there anymore.

1. Job #1
Entry Pay: Commission-based ($40K–$60K avg. early on)
High-End: $100K–$250K+ (top agents, luxury market)
Path: Build a strong client base, focus on higher-value homes, or get into investing/flipping.
Training: 4–6 months (pre-license course + exam)
Cost: $500–$1,200 (course + license fees)

2. Job #2
Entry Pay: ~$50–60K/year
High-End: $100K–$200K/year (owner-operators)
Path: Buy/lease your own truck, contract with freight brokers or run your own routes.
Training: 3–6 weeks (CDL training)
Cost: $5K–$8K

3. Job #3
Entry Pay: ~$80K
High-End: $100K+ (high-end clinics, part-time multiple offices)
Path: Specialize in perio, cosmetic practices, or high-paying zip codes.
Training: 2-year associate degree
