Welcome to Episode 1 of the Women's Self Defense Championship (WSDC) – a unique reality competition where four contestants from different backgrounds face realistic self-defense scenarios inspired by real-life encounters.

Throughout the championship, the contestants are challenged physically and mentally while being evaluated by expert judges on their awareness, decision-making, technique, and ability to protect themselves under pressure. Every scenario is an opportunity to learn, improve, and earn points toward becoming the first-ever Women's Self Defense Champion.

This isn't about who can fight the hardest – it's about making the right decisions when it matters most.
