You can change your life when you change your energy, and this can be done by reprogramming your mind while you sleep.

Addictions to behaviours, chemicals, emotions or thoughts CAN be overcome when you take your energy to the place where you are proud of the sustained and longterm changes you have already made. To affirm that the change is done and being grateful for the difference in you, will inspire realtime changes in your energy to physically affect the nature of your reality.

To feel what it is like to be proud of yourself that you had the courage to face your underlying feelings and move through them is getting to the root cause of the addiction and changing it from the inside. This is what you want. To change from the inside out and not look for outside circumstances to be different in order for you to change. The shift HAS to happen within you first, then your outside reality and your feelings about your life will follow this internal change.
