THIS YARD WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! so the story behind it is…
i knocked on this random door, NO ONE ANSWERED… The Nieghbor called me over and talked to me about the situation going on with the homeowner and why the grass was so out of control. She said this yard was an eyesore because all the other houses down the street were perfectly maintained and it's only a matter of time until they call code enforcement on this property.
