John J. Mearsheimer is the R. Wendell Harrison Distinguished Service Professor of Political Science at the University of Chicago and a leading realist scholar of international relations. A West Point graduate and former U.S. Air Force officer, he is the author of numerous influential works on U.S. foreign policy and power politics.

Yanis Varoufakis is an economist, author, and former Greek finance minister who served during Greece’s 2015 debt crisis. A professor of economics and co-founder of DiEM25 and MeRA25, he is the author of numerous influential works on capitalism, austerity, debt, and global political economy.

“This comes just a few weeks after we heard the failed vice-presidential candidate mocking Tesla’s share price falling, attacking Elon Musk repeatedly,” Ms Panahi said.
